In this solo episode I explain how I have been practicing navigating the human mess, especially on days where I am feeling really off- 

 

The truth is- no no one taught us how to feel safe in our emotions- and many times we end up using coping skills like numbing, avoiding & distraction as our main source for "getting over it" but what if the goal wasn't to "get over it" but rather learn to "grow through it"

 

After all, we are all doing the best we can- and I believe that we can switch the lens to a much more empowered view which includes kindness, compassion & love towards our Human & the other humans walking this planet along side us.
